Humvee Luxury Edition aka the General's Humvee

WHEEL ROTATION : the default wheel rotation is set so when the car moves the wheels rotate, but with a global spin control which would give the animators what they want and animate the wheels manualy.
and a rear wheel spin controller, which is also a manual control for creating burouts and other cool stuff.

MOMENTUM : the momentum controller will automaticly animate as the car moves, but has an override manual animation capabilities.

STEERING WHEEL : will rotate according to the turn of the front wheels.
