The Residential Buildings kit is a collection of 10 detailed 3D models in multiple file formats. The models represent a range of residential types from small houses to multi-story appartment buildings. Notes : No cleaning up necessary, just drop your models into your scene and start rendering.
File formats: .max / .3ds / .max Vray / .obj. / .lwo. The Vray version model includes all material setups necessary for Vray renderer. All objects are also supplied as individual .max scanline versions. Everything to render the previews seen here is supplied. Bonus Files include a high resolution seemless texture map for roof and a highly detailed cocnut palm tree model plus long grass as seen in the previews. Geometry: Polygonal (polygon count: 343,286 TOTAL. Appartments between 70,000 and 25,000 polys each. Houses between 6,000 and 12,000 polys each)
