A fully detailed house (containing video intercom, gas pipes, water drainage, grass, trees). The model is created in 3D Max 8 but it also contains a .3ds model for other versions (the 3ds model does not have the materials applied - the customer has to do it). The scene contains from 1 house wich can be mirrored, dragged and copied for obtaining a residential area and very high texturs and materials.
