This model is a set of three carved stone tee markers. The top surface is painted in the colors typically designating women's, men's, and championship tee locations. And mounted over this surface is a metal plate with a cut-out logo.

In the 3ds Max file, each tee marker is a singe group object, so merging this into your scene is simple plug and play. Materials and textures are already applied. The metal plate with the logo does make use of Vray Displacement. For the other exported formats, the model will import as two objects per tee marker. All objects and materials have sensible, descriptive names. Some materials do contain Vray maps and materials, so they may need to be recreated in a non-Max or non-Vray environment. The .OBJ format contains its own set of texture bitmaps so it should import needing little or no extra attention.
