A *.max file, and 3 seperate *.3ds files are included in the zip file. I also slipped in a PSD file in there, in case you would like to modify the papers or something. 9 bmp texture files are also included.

Also, please note that this model is not animated, but the video in the video preview is animated, so you can view the pages in a little more detail.
Please be advised that only some of the pages are included in the passport, all the other pages are either blank or similar to the ones provided ( although I can't read German ). Also, in the video preview there is a medal shown, but this item is not included in this download.
