Anyway, this is a model that I made because I could not find anything similar for a low price here on TurboSquid - a gas station with pumps, a price sign, and a furnished interior - with basic textures too!
The pumps and sign are standard issue - low-poly, due to what my project requires - and the indoors features three aisles of food product, coolers with repeated food product, and a bakery/beverage station.
As my project doesn't require access to the bathrooms or back storage areas, I did not model them. However, just in case, I did model the doors and hollow out the requisite areas. Thus, you could finish up and add your own walls and other fixtures to finish up the bathrooms and storage/stock areas.
I originally modeled this project in Cartography Shop 4.1 - it's a neat app and it's a free download. I included the original .CSM file with the download, as well as .U3D, .X, .FBX, and .MS3D split into 3 parts

Hey, it gets the job done. I needed it for a cartoon show that just happens to take place in a gas station and it loaded up nicely in C4D with zero issues. For what I need it for (cel shaded background) this was worth it as I don't have to plan out a store.
