3d family room - 3D Family Room Model by ajsstudio

A beach house located in the Caribbean. A scene is included with basic lighting and radiosity. All textures are included except for the pictures you see on the wall. I wanted to avoid copyright issues. A text document with the surface name and dimension of those pictures is included in the .zip file.
