It's designed to go through waves, rather than over top of them.
It has beaten the world speed record for a powerboat to circumnavigate the globe.
The Earthrace will be utilizing several technologies and promoting alternative fuels.
This special boat is running on 100 percent biodiesel fuel.
It cost about US$3 million to build.
