Building modeled in maya , you can use it in professional or private project. this scene is at night , there are no textures but mental ray materials , there are many lights used to have this ambiance at night , if you want the building at daylight you have to eliminate all the lights and to switch on the Indirect lighting (Create physical sun and sky).
In the file there is only the main building with set up rendering at night without any other buidling.
