Here is my crocodile model, made from a scan data of a real crocodile. The topology is perfect and even if it's ascan you'll have no problem to animate it.
It cames in two resolutions, lv0 (3400 faces without teeth and eyes) and lv2 (54.216 faces without teeth and eyes).
Teeth are 11.052 faces, eyes are 3.072 faces.
I includes four 8k maps, and a separate map for the eyes, and a last one for the teeth.
I put an .obj format wich should have a perfect compatibility with almost all 3d software. I loaded the model inside maya and 3dsmax and added the maya and 3dsmax files too.
Like that no compatibility problem. Both are 2012 version x64.
