3d cottage house model - Cottage House (*.3ds, *.max)... by entech

This small cottage house was modeled in the intend of being used for close-up renders. It lacks texture, for I didn't want any on it, so the buyer could customize it by own desire. It was modeled as clean as possible, kept the poly count as low as I could, yet provided maximum details. I hope it will help whoever makes use of it.
