This formats does not contain materials and textures. Textures - are in separate archive.

ATTENTION
In model it is used VrayFur and standard 3dsMax Hair&Fur, only vray users can put model in an interior.
Please keep in mind that in formats fbx, obj - also it is kept without VrayFur, but Hair&Fur standard is transformed in Mesh,
as you can see in screen.
