It was built to scale using a real cartilage shaver instrument as a reference. It was created in 3DS MAX
2011 and uses standard Mentalray materials but the materials areorganized and can easily be changed. The
parts are intelligently named and grouped. Object pivot points are placed where they should be for logical animation. When possible, parametric objects are left un-collapsed so that you can adjust and animate them, when desired.
