I was somewhat disappointed with this model and with my experience in ordering it. I needed a model compatible with Autocad and the "free 24 hour conversion" guy I communicated with was supposed to convert from .max to .dwg or .dxf and get back to me. He never got back to me, and failed to mention that the product includes a .3ds model (which IS compatible with Autocad). So a week later, I bought the model anyways with intention to convert it myself and the .3ds has missing components as well as
