This is a completely game ready level of the New Cathedral 'Catedral Nueva' and promenade area in Cadiz, Spain.
In real life this area could be from film set with dramatic old world architecture, dramatic Cathedrals, the Atlantic ocean
and stunning sunsets. I created this level with this in mind.

This level would be a perfect set for many types of game and also pre rendered scenes too.
Imagine a spy type game or adventure game, there are so many possibilities here.
This area in Cadiz has probably not changed that much since the 19th century except for some details, so any historical games or animations would be good too, or even futuristic ones too!
I have attached a .txt file that describes the whole level in detail, it is made up of 178 low polygon objects with ----

Textures as evident in the .txt file vary from 512x512 to 2048x2048. The scene also comes as a .3ds file for those without 3ds max 2009 and also a scene with a full mentalray setup.
To avoid conflictions, the 3ds and mentalray scene require re-application of the textures. The .max file is fully textured already.
As well as this, the scene comes with all models within the scene as seperate .max and .3ds max files. These files generally have larger versions of textures. The main scene to avoid memory running out on some computers, some textures were made smaller.
However, if you wish to have the higher resolution size textures, you can replace them from these folders.
The single mesh folders also include some bonus meshes not used in the scene and also my surfboard game ready pack as a free gift for this purchase. There is surfing near this location in real life.
These meshes can also be purchased seperately on turbosquid. Buying them altogether however you will save money. When purchased, please make sure you download all the files here.
