This is the B1 Retail Building Kit, good for close ups or aerials. Created in 3ds max 2010. With this kit, you can build any shape or size of building with the easy-to-use building bays.

Includes 3 complete buildings (seen in images above).

Comes with 13 Mental Ray materials and 6 high resolution, tileable textures.

2 of the 13 materials (the metal canopy and roof) are 'Smart-Materials.' These materials will find edges of the object that it is applied to (or edges of objects touching the object that it is applied to) and add a separate material such as rust or wear and tear (see metal and roof material examples).

Easily change model quality (poly and vert count) with included history/modifier stacks (subtrees) (on all objects). NOTE: Poly and Vert count labeled is for ALL bays at high quality, not just a single bay.

All objects and materials are properly named and grouped for easy selection and modification.
