This is a six leveled high detailed building with a modern architecture made in 3ds MAX 7.0. This building is modeled form original architecture sketch. The model was modeled in 3D studio MAX 2008 and the preview renders were rendered with mental ray that comes with any 3d studio MAX standard installation.

MAX files package:

The model available for 3ds Max 2008. The materials included too and are available for mental ray. The rendering setups are included and the model is ready to be rendered. Additional features like photographic exposure control, white balance with physical sky and sun are included too.
The polygon count: 26 918 polygons; 31 221 vertexes;

3DS files package:

The texture images are included in the package. Materials included as well.
The polygon count: 56 784 polygons; 34 175 vertexes;

OBJ files package:

The texture images are included in the package. Materials are in the *.mtl file thats included in the package.
