All materials and textures are procedural in Cinema 4D, so there is virtually no limit to how close to the surface of the model you can get without losing render quality. See the closeup of the stitching for example. This model is rendered with 108 double stitches as an official baseball. Although it was originally created using the Mograph module to align the stitches, all objects have been converted to polygon objects for maximum compatibility. |
