My opinion:
Both max and max+vray model are ready for final render. Which give you visualization and photorealistic rendering output? And there is no huge difference for max and max+vray rendering. (Please check preview images.) If you need fast render project then my suggestion is use max files which is good enough without any plugin but when you need very high quality shadow then use max+vray. I made this model dark light view on gallery because I found that real Arena light system try focus only on court so I try to follow to make it’s as a real Arena, so, if you need light on gallery then rise up the lights value.

Software requirements:
1. 3ds Max. (At least version 7) (Supported Version: 7, 8, 9, 2008, 2009).
2. Vray for 3ds Max. (Not requirement, But needed for Vray included max files. also have without Vray max scene format.)
3. Any zip software to unzip.
