Architectural model of a typical NYC brownstone residence. Modular design can be connected end to end for a full street scene.Built in 3DS Max 6, and exported as a 3DS. Object was test opened and rendered in Maya 7.0.
NOTE: 3DS Format is an export and some smoothing data does get lost, so some adjustments are to be expected while importing.
