Package includes fully textured subdivision objects jointed into one object but separated into layers (each room is located in different layer). If you want to use parts (such as chair, sofa etc.) of the model you must copy/paste them into new object.

You can modify quality of models with Object Properties of selected model (Geometry -> Render SubPatch Level) or freeze them in Lightwave Modeler.
