model comes with a simple texyure mapping. My skills at pelt mapping are very limited right now so one of the first things you texture wizards are going to want to do is change my mapping.

Max file contains the texture maps and two versions of the alien creature. One with the modifier stack still intact and one merged down and texture maped version.
