A 256MB PC133 SDRAM module from Legend using Nova chips. Currently SDRAM is the most common type of RAM used in computers so this model has countless applications. Model has not only the chips themselves but the smaller (tiny) components also found on RAM modules and is of course accurate to real world dimensions with ultra high resolution image maps so you can render up close.Archive contains converted versions in the following formats:
