Each of this car was made in 7 stages:
1 Gathering reference
2 Modeling
3 Unwrapping (symmetrical)
4 Texturing (symmetrical)
5 Removing rough seams
6 Unwrapping (un-symmetrical)
7 Render to texture (from symmetrical to none-symmetrical UW)

All this actions taking 6-8 hours.So its over 1260 hours of work

If you do not need all of this cars you can buy any of it separately.
