You can use this collection's models to add more buildings to your city scene. Each building has about 1000-4000 polys. Simple procedural 3ds max materials come with the scene, but for the most part you choose what textures you want.

Each building has recessed windows and roofs. All buildings' roofs have seperate mat. IDs and some have seperate mat. IDs for the windows as well, so you can change the material. For the 3ds max version, the doors are 3ds max 6 Door objects, which are parametrically editable.

All of these were lit and rendered by a simple skylight.
