This is a fairly accurate model of the Prometheus Statue from the Plaza at Rockefeller Center in New York.
Prepared to be rendered with linear workflow (LWF) with Vray in Max 2010 or higher.
Setup is without use of exposure. all images are rendered from max standard cameras.
It's was rendered with Vray sun. The Max file keeps the full setup. System units are in 'cm'.
Objects are named properly and organized on a separate layer.
Main objects are Low res geometry with TurboSmooth on top.
The whole Statue has a proper UV layout with no overlaps, except for some faces in the hair.
The starsigns on the ring are done via VrayDisplacement modifier. The map itself is a composite map with several images shifted to match the right places. Note: the design of the ring is an interpretation and not as detailed as the original!
The presentation images were rendered with an HDRI in the environment, which is not included in the textures.
It is replaced with a VraySky and will give you close results. The images have a curve applied in post, to give them a bit more contrast.
