Lighting windows is obtained by procedural light map on self illumination glow slot.
With the parameters you can adjust , lighting and color of lights and decide the percentage of illuminated windows.
You can also adjust the glow with glare parameters.
This scene was modeled in 3ds Max and consists primarily of quads.
In the 3ds Max versions this model is organized on layers and groups.

This model represent New York manhattan Midtown area and it includes the area around by Madison Avenue, E 47th street, 3rd Avenue, E 39th Street,park avenue ,Bryant Park etc.
All buildings are located and are scaled based satellite images.Each building, have height and shapes exact as original.
