10 texture sets, which vary in resolution from 1024x256px to 1024x1024px.
Most of the textures are tiled. They are not unique and you can use it with another objects of your project.
All textures created for unreal engine 4, for other engines you may need to invert green channel of normal map and adapt roughness map.
For save all paths you have to put the 'Assets' and 'Levels' folders from 'BuildingA01_UE4' archive to 'Content' folder of your Unreal project and after that move the meshes and textures to necessary folder in Unreal Editor.
In 'Levels' folder you can find BuildingA01 level. Screenshots were captured in the level.
For bricks I created material instances where you can tweak amount of dirt, lightness and saturation of the brick.
